Who runs Extreme Xchanger?
Extreme Xchanger is owned and operated by Extreme Enterprises LTD, a Seychelles corporation.
What are your hours of operation?
We generally operate from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. EST 7 days a week. We will frequently be online and working for extended hours but our official hours are these.
What E-currencies do you accept for Exchange?
Currently We accept VirtaPay, OkPay, Cosmic Pay, Solid Trust Pay, Liberty Reserve, Global Digital Pay, EgoPay and Perfect Money.
You can also buy and sell e-currency through Wire transfers, as well as USD/Euro transfers.
What are your exchange rates?
All Exchange rates can be found on the top of the home page.
Please note that for exchanges with NO exchange fee (i.e. 1:1)
Example: VP $1->$0.80 LR means if you exchange $1 of VirtaPay you will in return receive $0.80 cents of LibertyReserve.
The above is only an example for clarification purposes and may not reflect current market pricing.
How long do VirtaPay Exchanges take?
All orders can be completed within 30 minutes. Most of the time much sooner but we do ask that you allow us 2 hours just in case.
How long do Liberty reserve Exchanges take?
Liberty Reserve exchanges will all be completed within 30 minutes. Most of the time much sooner but we do ask that you allow us 2 hours just in case.
< How long do OkPay, PerfectMoney Cosmic Pay Exchanges Take?
All exchanges will be completed within 1 - 2 hours.
How long do SolidTrustPay Exchanges take?
SolidTrustPay Exchanges take a minimum of 24 hours (excluding weekends) upto 48hrs.
Do you Exchange Payza?
Payza has a very rigorous approval process. We have started this process but it will take some time for us to get approval.
What are the minimum and maximum amounts for exchange?
Between e-currencies, the only minimum $5
The maximum amount is limited to what is in our reserves.
For wire transfers, the minimum amount for both buying and selling e-currencies is USD 250, and EUR 200 respectively.
Do you have a minimum fee per exchange?
Yes each exchange will have a minimum fee of 2$. If your normal exchange fee is less than that then it will default to 2$ to cover the minimum.
Can I make a direct spend to your e-Currency account for exchange?
Yes, we accept it but you must sent email your transaction detail then you will get your exchanged money to your account.

Do you accept Debit/Credit card as payment?
NO. Do to high risk of chargeback, we do not accept credit or debit cards. Check our rates page to see what payment methods we accept.
